• Corsicana High School Students Complete Microsoft Office Certification

MIcrosoft Certified Thirty‐four students passed the Microsoft Office Word 2016 certification in Megan Vadasy’s Business Information Management II class at Corsicana High School. The 50‐minute, timed exam provides a series of realistic scenarios and has the student perform tasks within the time allotted. The students are now preparing for the Microsoft Excel certification exam scheduled in February.

If students pass all four core areas of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access – they will receive a master‐level certification. While these Microsoft Certification exams can run as high as $240 per test/per student, students at CHS do not pay. CHS funds this program through Career and Technical Education.
