This course covers the fundamentals of Spanish: conversation, basic writing, listening, vocabulary building, grammar and culture.  Students at this level are expected to try to communicate regularly in Spanish with the teacher and classmates.

Goals:

• The main objective of the course if to help you develop skills in the areas of listening, speaking, reading and writing in the Spanish language at a basic level.

• The ability to understand and communicate will develop along with the knowledge of the vocabulary and grammatical structures of the language.
