The Career and Technology Education (CTE) department is designed to provide CHS students with 21st-century skills relevant to their career and post-secondary educational futures, which will provide a solid foundation for a competitive edge in the global marketplace. Corsicana High School offers a variety of courses under the CTE department. A career cluster provides students with relevant contexts for studying and learning. CHS is proud to offer 11 career clusters to students:

- Provide a rigorous and relevant education to students of Navarro County through CTE courses and individual plans of study
- Provide CTE students with the opportunity to earn college credit in Career and Technical fields through CTE courses
- Provide CTE students with industry certifications that lead to employment
