• Indoor activities for Physical Education:

    Do Your daily exercise routine as we do in class:

               SEATED on FLOOR

    *Feet together Out Front touch toes for a count of 20

    * Feet apart- stretch to middle, don't bend knees for a count of 20

    *1 foot out, 1 foot back- 20 count

    *Swith legs- 20 count

    *Butterfly- 20 count

    *1 arm back- 20 count

    *Switch arms- 20 count

                   STAND UP

    *Picking Cherries- 20 count

    *Jumping Jacks- 20 count

             OTHER OPTIONS FOR EXERCISE

    *PUSH UPS- Do a Push Up for every day that we have been and will be out of school

    *SIT UPS- Do a Sit Up for every day that we are out of school and will be out

    *LEG RAISES- Lay on floor and point toes with legs straight. Raise legs approximately 12 inches and hold for 20                              seconds

    *DEEP KNEE BENDS- Hands out front, squat down and raise up 20 times

    *RUN IN PLACE- 1 minute
