    DISCIPLINE GUIDELINE

    The discipline guideline is based on a color system that the children will be able to view daily Groovy behavior chart within the music classroom. This method allows the child take responsibility for his/her own actions. Positive consequences are given to students that exhibit good behavior. Their are opportunities for students receive various rewards to encourage positive behavior.  

    RED -  The class did a great job!  They made it to Hollywood for the their behavior performance.

    ORANGE – The class is being responsible for their behavior.  Autograph please!
     
    YELLOW   The Class has a Stella performance for behavior.
     
     Green - Lets Boogie!  Get ready to learn.

    BLUE - Singing the Blues!  Students are reminded practicing the rules and procedures makes perfect.

    Purple - Speak with Managment... Parent/Teacher/Administrative contact.
     
    If misbehavior continues, then All TOUR DATES (fun Friday and more) are cancelled.

    R - Respect Others and Materials
    O - On task
    U - Use Quiet Voices
    P - Participate
    S - Stay with your group
     
    There are 4 stations.  Each student goes to the designated station according to the assigned station/seat.  The student works in station until count down.  When teacher counts, the students clean the area, stand and wait for bell to ring to switch station.  The students proceeds until  they finish all stations.
