Helpful Resources
Incoming KG - 12th Graders
Please complete this important task by August 7 to verify school attendance for class list and scheduling purposes. Elementary campuses are open beginning July 30 from 8:30-11:30 a.m. to accept proof of residency and enrollment documents. Intermediate and high school times vary. Please contact your campus for exact dates and times.
Students New to District
Use this option if your child meets the following criteria:
- You have never registered your child in CISD and do not have a Skyward account
- The student attended CISD in the past, withdrew and enrolled in a different school district and is coming back to CISD
- Pre-K registration
In order to register a new student, you will need the following:
- Proof of residence (current utility bill with name and address)
- Current Driver's License
- Withdrawal from previous school
- Last report card
- Official transcripts
- Shot record
- Social Security Card
- Birth certificate
Corsicana ISD's elementary campuses are defined by attendance zones, with the exception of Sam Houston Elementary Dual Language campus. Use our online school zone locator to verify your school of attendance. You may call 903-874-8281 for assistance.
Returning Students
Use this option if your child meets the following criteria:
- Student is currently enrolled in CISD and anticipates returning for the 2026 - 2027 school year.
- Returning student registration for the 2026- 2027 will open ?? ?, 2026

Student Meal Program
Corsicana ISD will offer free meals for all students for the 2026-2027 school year. Applications are not required, but socioeconomic surveys should be filled out and returned to campuses.
CISD has teamed up with MySchoolBucks, an online service where you can conveniently view your student’s cafeteria purchases, check their balance, and securely pay for [a la carte items or school meals] from anywhere.

- Create your free account and add your students using their school name/student ID
- View cafeteria purchases and add funds using your credit/debit card or electronic check
Transportation & BusRight
BusRight
The Corsicana ISD Transportation Department is partnering with BusRight, a school bus technology platform that helps improve safety, communication, and visibility in student transportation. Your child will receive a Student ID card and/or sticker that will be used when getting on and off the bus. This helps ensure accurate ridership records and adds an extra layer of safety. If a student loses their card or sticker, please notify your school office so a replacement can be arranged .Visit the Transportation page to learn more about BusRight.
Bus Routes
Corsicana ISD offers bus transportation to students who live more than two (2) miles from their school or for walking routes that are hazardous. These routes are updated and published based on the need indicated in back-to-school forms. They will be available on this site before the start of school.
Health Services
Immunizations
A child cannot be admitted to school without a valid immunization record, a conscientious exemption affidavit or a medical exemption documented by a physician.
