Corsicana ISD seeking RFPs for Construction Manager-At-Risk

The Board of Trustees of Corsicana ISD is requesting proposals for Construction Manager-at-Risk services relating to the District’s 2025 Bond Program. The bond projects include, but are not limited to: high school additions and renovations including a new CTE addition, a new kitchen, and campus renovations; a new early childhood center; a new transportation building; a new agricultural sciences building; and intermediate and elementary school renovations and structural repairs. Corsicana ISD will award based upon the construction manager(s) providing the best value for the District and the weighted criteria in the Request for Proposals (RFP) Package.

Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on 12/18/2025 (the “deadline”).  Interested parties must request a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) packet from Stephanie Howell, Superintendent, at (903) 602-8100, showell@cisd.org. All responses are due no later than the deadline at the following address:

Failure to have a response physically in the possession of the school district by the deadline shall result in the response not being considered. No electronic proposals will be accepted. The selection of the Construction Manager shall be in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F. Corsicana ISD reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all Proposals.

La Junta Directiva del Distrito Escolar Independiente de Corsicana solicita propuestas para los servicios de Gerente de Construcción en Riesgo relacionados con el Programa de Bonos 2025 del Distrito. Los proyectos de bonos incluyen, entre otros: ampliaciones y renovaciones de la escuela preparatoria, incluyendo una nueva ampliación de CTE, una nueva cocina y renovaciones del campus; un nuevo centro de primera infancia; un nuevo edificio de transporte; un nuevo edificio de ciencias agrícolas; y renovaciones y reparaciones estructurales de escuelas primarias y intermedia. El Distrito Escolar Independiente de Corsicana adjudicará las propuestas basándose en el/los gerente(s) de construcción que ofrezcan la mejor relación calidad-precio para el Distrito y en los criterios de ponderación del Paquete de Solicitud de Propuestas (RFP). 

Se aceptarán propuestas hasta las 3:00 p.m. del 18/12/2025 (la "fecha límite"). Las partes interesadas deben solicitar un paquete de Solicitud de Propuestas (RFP) a Stephanie Howell, Superintendente, al (903) 602-8100, showell@cisd.org. Todas las respuestas deben enviarse antes de la fecha límite a la siguiente dirección: Distrito Escolar Independiente de Corsicana

Si el distrito escolar no recibe físicamente la respuesta antes de la fecha límite, esta no se considerará. No se aceptarán propuestas electrónicas. La selección del Gerente de Construcción se realizará de acuerdo con el Capítulo 2269, Subcapítulo F del Código de Gobierno de Texas. El Distrito Escolar Independiente de Corsicana se reserva el derecho de renunciar a cualquier informalidad y rechazar todas las propuestas.
