The big-time bazaar is headed to Corsicana High School. The Student Council is hosting a community-wide garage sale Nov. 19, and anyone can come and sell or shop!
The fundraiser for StuCo is $30 a spot for sellers. They get two parking spots at CHS, one for their vehicle, one to set up shop. All sale setups will be the responsibility of the seller, and multiple spot purchases are allowed.
“We will use the money (raised) to put on more events and bring positivity to all students at CHS,” said Briana White, CHS StuCo Advisor.
Set-up begins at 7 a.m. on the Saturday before Thanksgiving, and the event is scheduled to run from 8 a.m. to noon.
“How awesome it would be to be able to go to one spot and shop all the garage sales in town,” White said.

El gran bazar se dirige a Corsicana High School. El Consejo Estudiantil está organizando una venta de garaje en toda la comunidad el 19 de noviembre, ¡y cualquiera puede venir y vender o comprar!
La recaudación de fondos para el consejo estudiantil es de $30 por lugar para los vendedores. Obtienen dos lugares de estacionamiento en CHS, uno para su vehículo y otro para instalar la tienda. Todas las configuraciones de venta serán responsabilidad del vendedor y se permiten comprar múltiples espacios.
“Usaremos el dinero (recaudado) para organizar más eventos y brindar positividad a todos los estudiantes de CHS”, dijo Briana White, asesora de CHS consejo estudiantil.
El montaje comienza a las 7 a. m. el sábado anterior al Día de Acción de Gracias, y el evento está programado para realizarse desde las 8 a. m. hasta el mediodía.
“Qué increíble será poder ir a un lugar y comprar todas las ventas de garaje de la ciudad”, dijo White.
