• Our intervention is called Tiger Time.   During Tiger Time students work on skills, such as, phonemic awareness, letter knowledge, alphabetic decoding, letter sounds, spelling, word analysis, vocabulary, etc.  Students use IStation on the computer and if needed are placed in an intervention group.  Students work through IStation using learning cycles.  These cycles deliver engaging instruction on an individualized, needs based path for each student. Intervention groups reinforce the skills in the cycles. Students are monitored weekly to assess their response to intervention.
