Request for Proposal - Construction Manager-At-Risk

The Board of Trustees of Corsicana ISD is requesting proposals for Construction Manager-at-Risk services relating to the District’s 2025 Bond Program. The bond projects include, but are not limited to: high school additions and renovations including a new CTE addition, a new kitchen, and campus renovations; a new early childhood center; a new transportation building; a new agricultural sciences building; and intermediate and elementary school renovations and structural repairs. Corsicana ISD will award based upon the construction manager(s) providing the best value for the District and the weighted criteria in the Request for Proposals (RFP) Package.


Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on 12/18/2025 (the “deadline”).  Interested parties must request a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) packet from Stephanie Howell, Superintendent, at (903) 602-8100, showell@cisd.org. All responses are due no later than the deadline at the following address:

Failure to have a response physically in the possession of the school district by the deadline shall result in the response not being considered. No electronic proposals will be accepted. The selection of the Construction Manager shall be in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F. Corsicana ISD reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all Proposals.
