• Discipline Plan

Your child will have a conduct report in his/her Take Home Folder. The conduct report will be filled out only if there is an issue to report.

We discuss our school rules and our classroom rules daily and will continue to do so throughout the school year. Our discipline plan consists of a 9 week conduct sheet stapled into their homework folder. If your child displays good behavior throughout the day, the square for that day should be blank. If your child chooses to break a rule, the number for the broken rule will be noted in the square for that day. We will not mark folders if your child had a great day.  Dojo points will be awarded for good behavior.

                     Classroom Rules:

    1.    We will listen and follow directions

    2.    We will treat everyone and everything with respect.

    3.    We will work hard and do our best at all times.

    4.    We will also follow all school and district rules.

If a student chooses to break the classroom rules, the following consequences will apply.

                     Consequences:

No Mark – Great Job! Students may be rewarded with praise, hugs, stickers, and Dojo points.  Awesome behavior is always appreciated and rewarded in some way.

Each mark in the conduct folder will result in 1 point being deducted for their 9-week conduct grade. Student may also lose privileges and/or recess.
