Let me begin by saying how much we miss all of our students. We are concerned for their health and well-being, as well as for you and the rest of your family. Although none of us have experienced a pandemic before, you and the rest of our Sam Houston family has quickly risen to the occasion, as usual! Thank you for making sure your children are still learning. We realize it is not easy while you are still trying to take care of your other responsibilities!

Hi! My name is Ms. Morrison and this will be my 13th year of teaching Kindergarten. I taught Pre-K the two years prior; all 13 years have been at Sam Houston! I teach English Language Arts and Math and I love teaching Kindergarten and all the exploring, learning, and fun we get to have!I graduated college from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a bachelors degree in Behavioral Science. After working for a few years, I was called to teaching. I then became certified to teach EC-4th grades and I also have my English as a Second Language certification.I grew up in Corsicana, and other that moving for college, I've lived here all my life.
