  • Students Riding Buses to and from School

Students who ride one of the following buses to school should plan to be picked-up 10 minutes earlier than normal starting on Monday, March 15.

    Bus numbers with a 10 minute earlier pick-up time: 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 27, 118, 123, 128, 136

All students riding buses in the afternoon will have at least a 10 minute delay from the standard drop-off time.

These changes are due to the new start and end times for CISD schools that add an additional 20 minutes to the school day.

Please contact the transportation office to sign-up for bus transportation for the 2021-2022 school year. To ensure student safety, new transportation protocols limit seating on buses for each route.
If you move or relocate within the district, you must contact the campus that your child(ren) attends and the transportation department with your new address.
Masks are not required, but strongly encouraged by all riders. Additional CISD Transportation Safety measures can be found in the CISD School Opening Framework

    SMART Tag
(October 2019) The Corsicana ISD Transportation Department is introducing SMART tag to bus riders in Kindergarten through 6th grade. This new system will allow parents of student riders to interactively follow thier child and receive notifications upon the child's boarding and leaving the bus. Parents must register thier student's name and ID number on the parent system through Smart tag in order to receive notifications.
Students in grades 7th-12th grade will also be on this system, once the younger students become familiar with the new process.
