Meet siblings Billy Bryant and Alice Owen. Billy is an Automotive Technology instructor at Corsicana High School and Allice is a Dyslexia Interventionist at Bowie Elementary. They are both CHS graduates, Alice the class of ‘96, and Billy the class of ‘99.
Billy is a first-year teacher who spent the last dozen years working in oil and gas technology. He said an advantage to working in the same district as his sister is she is always available to answer questions or offer advice. Billy has been married for 16 years and has a son and a daughter.
Alice married her high school sweetheart Brandon Owen, who she met while working at Walmart during her senior year. They have a son and a daughter. Alice said teaching has always been her passion and she is glad her brother also chose the profession.
“As a little girl I loved playing school with Billy as my student,” Alice said. “He never wanted to, but he did so I would ride bikes with him. He is really a great brother and one of my best friends.”

“De pequeña me encantaba jugar a la escuela con Billy como estudiante”, dijo Alice. “Él nunca quiso, pero lo hacía, así que yo me iba en bicicleta con él. Es realmente un gran hermano y uno de mis mejores amigos”.
