    The CHS CTE Department provides tours for incoming freshmen each year to provide them with the opportunity to see classes in action.

    The Career and Technology Education (CTE) department is designed to provide CHS students with 21st century skills relevant to their career and post-secondary educational futures which will provide a solid foundation for a competitive edge in the global market place. Corsicana High School offers a variety of courses under the CTE department. A career cluster provides students with relevant contexts for studying and learning. CHS is proud to offer 11 career clusters to students:

    Our CTE Goals:

    • Provide a rigorous and relevant education to students of Navarro County through CTE courses and individual plans of study
    • Provide CTE students with opportunity to earn college credit in Career and Technical fields through CTE courses
    • Provide CTE students with industry certifications that lead to employment
