Hello, my name is Kassie Rich. This year will be my seventh year teaching at Corsicana High School, and I am beyond excited!  A little bit about myself, I grew up in Navarro County.  I graduated from Blooming Grove High School, and my family lives outside Barry, TX.  After high school, I went to and graduated from the greatest university in the state of Texas- Tarleton State University, BLEED PURPLE!  I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Family Consumer Science.

My family is extremely important to me, and I am blessed with the best! My husband and I do not have children, but have two crazy puppies, Sprout and Moki! We love to go on adventures in Austin, bike rides, working out together, and eating! My favorite colors are purple and pink, and sweets are my favorite food group.

I am one of five Family Consumer Science teacher here at Corsicana High School.  This year I will be teaching Principles of Education and Training, Counseling and Mental Health, and Interior Design. With all those classes, I will also be co-advisor of FCCLA (Family Career Community Leaders of America).  FCCLA and FCS allow many opportunities to get involved with the community, fellow peers, and great networking opportunities.  FCCLA can help students grow as a person while they are having fun.  I am a huge supporter of all CTE (Career Technical Education) classes and student groups.

The best way to contact me this year will be through email, krich@cisd.org or 903-874-8211 ext: 6369 I will be available through email every day. Office Hours- 10-11 am and 2-3 pm.
